WBJC 91.5 FM is licensed to Baltimore, Maryland. WBJC is a public, non-commercial radio station, which broadcasts a 24 hours-a-day schedule of classical music and arts information programming. WBJC was established in 1952. It is owned by Baltimore City Community College. WBJC is committed to providing classical music and other fine arts programming to entertain, inform and enrich the Baltimore region. The station studios and office is located in Reisterstown, Maryland. WBJC‘s broadcast schedule includes locally produced and hosted classical music programming, interviews, and information about music, dance, drama, film and visual arts events occurring in Maryland and the surrounding region and international orchestras, opera such as the New York Philharmonic, Cleveland orchestras live Metropolitan Opera broadcasts and many others. There are also several unique programs produced in its own studios such as Past Masters, Face the Music and the WBJC Operafest. Past Masters transmits notable performances from the past. Face the Music is a panel disscusion of local experts about classical music, new recordings. the WBJC Operafest broadcasts classical operas.
